The following disclosures apply to the Varsity Grind, LLC SMS / text-messaging program. These terms supplement (and are also reflected in) Section 6.2 of our Privacy Policy.

Program Name & Purpose

Varsity Grind, LLC SMS program. Messages may include offers, alerts, appointment reminders, follow-ups, reward delivery notifications, and account or service updates related to services you have requested.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the services you have requested. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Varsity Grind, LLC does not charge a fee to receive these messages.

STOP — Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further marketing SMS messages will be sent to that number.

HELP — Get Assistance

Reply HELP to any text message you receive from us, and you will receive an automated reply with our company name, a way to contact us, and a reminder of how to opt out. You can also email contact@varsitygrind.com for help at any time.

Carrier Disclosure

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device's availability.

Mobile Information Will Not Be Shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subcontractors that support our own messaging operations (for example, our SMS delivery platform), and even those parties are prohibited from using your information for their own marketing.

Consent Is Not Required for Purchase

Your consent to receive SMS messages from Varsity Grind, LLC is not a condition of any purchase. You may use our services or contact us without opting in to text messages.

Eligibility

Our SMS program is intended for U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided, or have authorization from the account holder to opt in.

Most opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. By law, we have up to 10 business days to fully process opt-out requests for marketing communications. SMS opt-outs initiated by replying STOP take effect immediately.
After you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional or service-related messages required to deliver a service you specifically requested — for example, an appointment confirmation, billing notice, reward claim notification, or legal notice. These are not marketing messages.
Yes. If you change your mind, you can opt back in to email or SMS communications at any time by submitting a new contact form on our website or by emailing contact@varsitygrind.com.
No problem — submit the form above with your email and / or phone number and we will locate your record and remove you regardless of how you were originally added. You can also reply STOP to any SMS, or use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, with no questions asked.
By default, opting out of communications does not delete all of your data — it only stops marketing messages. If you also want your information deleted from our records, check the "Delete my information" option on the form. Note that we may retain certain information where required by law (for example, transaction records, opt-out records, or fraud-prevention data).
